JAIMIE LEA WEWEL

I started with photography in high school in Texas with a film camera and developing and enlarging my own photos in a dark room. This was what got me started with loving being behind the camera instead of in-front for a change. I have been in dance, gymnastics and beauty pageants all my life so the camera and I were great friends. After high school I chose to enlist in the US Air Force where I was active duty for 8 year and became an X-Ray technologist and a Mammographer. (Photography and knowing a dark room was very helpful). I met my husband Thomas Wewel in the military and we chose to move to Wisconsin (his home state). We now have 3 children Ryan, Logan and Jaycie. I am still a Mammographer only now I work for Ascension. I still love photography and love that I get to have this opportunity to have Jaycie May Photography with my father.

STAN SMITH

I became interested in photography in high school when I became the photographer for the journalism class. Lyndon B Johnson was President at the time and visiting El Paso Texas for a press conference that was held in the middle of the international bridge between Texas and Mexico. I was chosen from all the high schools to be the high school representative at the festivity's. I then went on to collage to pursue my career while never losing interest in photography. As my family grew and my daughter pursued her interest in Beauty Pageants, Gymnastics and Dance I continued with developing and pursing my photography and videography career. I have over 50 years experience with black and white as well as color photography. I can shoot and have shot just about anything however, my passion is nostalgic shoots.
